a couple weeks ago i returned from my sojourn to the northwest and alaska. this was a life changing vacation which i'll talk about sometime somewhere else.
anyway, my sister in law has an electronic pressurecooker called the instant pot. it has all raised controls and is very easy to use. oh and dig it, it comes from canada. she made the best carnitas i've ever tasted in any restaurant anywhere.
so after returning home, i bought one. today it arrived in its big box. now, i'm having buyer's remorse.
has anyone had experience with the electronic pressure cooker? even more importantly are their books with recipes that are in braille or on disk or whatever?
